I have not been able to download my products. What should I do?

  1. After your purchase, you are redirected to a web page which displays download link(s) to your product(s). You only need to click on those links to start the download.
  2. If you are not correctly redirected to this web page, you will also find the same download links in the email that has been sent to you after your purchase. If you cannot find this email, check the junk/spam folder of your mail box.
  3. Try another web browser. Google Chrome and Firefox are free and powerful web browsers that will certainly solve your problem.
  4. Check your firewall parameters. Some firewalls can be set to prevent big file downloads.
